This symposium documents the shift in Program Review methods over two years at an online, nonprofit University, specifically exploring how Program Review can increase cross-departmental collaboration and overall effectiveness. Program Review methods and assessment practices have matured, become more detailed, and have allowed the University to determine which questions are essential for institutional and student success. Specific examples with revised resources that have greater specificity, clarity, and facilitate more targeted evidence and analysis. This symposium is ideal for faculty, student services staff, and institutional research staff who intend to revise program review models or who would like to be in conversation about how Program Review can leverage cross-departmental collaboration for greater effectiveness.
