WSCUC’s Substantive Change Process evaluates changes in offerings, locations, and structures that may have a significant impact on the institution’s resources or mission and the institution’s ability to continue meeting WSCUC Standards and CFRs while implementing those changes. This presentation will provide an overview of what types of institutional change need review under WSCUC’s Substantive Change policies and procedures, and an overview of the process itself.
