Britta has over a decade of higher education experience in a variety of roles, including experience in curriculum and faculty support, marketing and recruitment, admissions and enrollment management, student onboarding and advising, event planning, and program management. Currently, she is dedicated to supporting higher education professionals with their assessment and continuous improvement practices. She earned her BA in Communications and MS in Higher Education Leadership from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater and her Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Tennessee.
