Dr. Flores is the Dean for the Learning, Innovation, and Teaching Excellence at Westcliff University. She is a Fulbright Scholar, has served as an accreditation evaluator for numerous site visits, and has conducted seminars on unique student populations. She created the WIJAR university journal and has led many assessment and program review projects. Dr. Flores has experience teaching business and education courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
