10 Questions to Center Equity and Inclusion Meaningfully into Assessment as a Frame for Strategic Planning
Description
The imperative for authentic diversity, equity, and inclusion in assessment practice is clear. However, traditional approaches to collective planning can be exclusionary in both process and structure. What identities and biases are brought to the processes of planning and sense-making of the evidence? Key questions will be presented to prompt inquiry and highlight the transformative power of strategic planning and help guard it from being a managerial tool that perpetuates existing power structures.
