Thanks to robust state, national, and philanthropic funding, many WSCUC-member colleges currently provide postsecondary educational programming to people who are incarcerated. There are a range of new quality measures required for all college in prison programs, from the Department of Education, state or federal corrections departments, and/or accreditors. Now is the time to make sure that all colleges offering postsecondary education programs to people who are incarcerated are compliant with the new or updated regulations.
