Student and faculty involvement are essential to authentic assessment! But how do we make this a reality? In this session, we share insights from projects at the University of San Diego where interdisciplinary faculty teams engaged in reflective discussions at each step of the assessment process. We offer examples from multiple institutions that have already incorporated student voices into the assessment process as the requisite complement to faculty engagement.
