This poster presentation will explore the strengths of the Western University of Health Sciences through the secondary analysis of “Great Colleges to Work for” data. Focusing on open-ended questions, reflective thematic analysis is conducted. We will engage attendees in an interactive discussion on methodology, findings, and the possible ways to contribute the data to institutional effectiveness.
