Assessment Research for a Digital Health Business Model Project
Description

Using an "action research in education" methodology, this study iteratively aligns course learning outcomes with inclusive rubrics for formative and summative assignments. Students complete a service-learning project sourced by the instructor from the community, focusing on a digitally powered patient journey map that sustainably reduce unnecessary usage of emergency medicine facilities in hospitals. The project contributes helping students actively learn principles of responsible management with explicit linkage to the UN Sustainable Development Goal 3.
