Building an internal quality assurance system for higher education at universities means developing and implementing a Mechanism that consists of processes and procedures for ensuring the quality of education, to which all employees of the University are involved. The result of the analysis was the creation of a Mechanism for improving the efficiency of the Internal Quality Assurance System for Higher Education, as well as Recommendations for its implementation in the activities of the university.
