WSCUC’s annual gathering of institutional leaders begins with the ARC2023’s CEO/Executive Leadership Forum. Hear from WSCUC leadership about the accreditation landscape within the agency and beyond over lunch, followed by a discussion of the knowledge needed to assess, negotiate and manage third party agreements. Experts with institutional, law and policy experience will share practical knowledge institution executives can apply to development and management of a range of third-party and OPM agreements. Critical issues will include whether and when to use third parties, risk assessment, negotiation, quality control, due diligence and monitoring, and other significant considerations.
